Business correspondence: the legal notice

The business correspondence of a Bulgarian company and the internet page "legal notice" (if the Bulgarian company has a website) must include a number of mandatory elements of which we note mainly:

• The exact name of the company;
• he head office and operating address;
• The unique number from the commercial register;
• IBAN bank account number.

If the company decides to include the amount of the share capital, it has to specify the amount of the paid-up capital. Also get acquainted with the mandatory elements on the invoices.
